Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What forms of payments do you accept?
A: I accept credit cards via WePay, PayPal, cash, or personal checks.

Q: When is my payment due?
A: If paying with credit card or PayPal payment is due in full at least one day prior to first day of service. If paying with cash or check payment is due on the first day of service. Most clients with a frequent schedule pay on a monthly basis, but I can accommodate case-by-case schedules as well.

Q: Do you have any specials?

A: For every new client you refer and mentions you by name, after their first booking, you will receive $15 credit on your account to use on any service for your own pet! No limitations so tell all of your neighbors!

Multi-Pet Households save 77%-97% per service! See pricing on Home Page.

Q: Do you charge extra for holidays?
A: Yes, there will be a one-time additional $10 fee per bookings on the following Federal Holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, and New Years Eve & Day.

Please make sure you book your pet's Vacation Visits the same time or prior to booking your own travel arrangements and I will do my very best to accommodate you.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: I am very lenient and won't charge a cancellation fee as long as it's done before I arrive but I ask that you please give me as much notice as possible. I don't issue any refunds but will give you equal credits that never expire to use on your next booking.

Q: What is the difference between a Walk and a Drop-In Visit?
A: Walks take place while you are working and take place between 11 am-3 pm weekdays only. These include potty breaks and physical exercise either walking or playing in your yard or at the community dog park (if allowed). These can be scheduled as frequently or infrequently as your work schedule demands. Drop-In Visits are scheduled over the weekend, outside of my normal business hours and any other time when you are away traveling. Your pets will stay in your home and I will check in on them as many times as you'd like to feed, freshen water, give treats, administer medicine, take out to potty, play and cuddle with them, check on the home and clean up pet messes.

Q: What health and safety precautions are you taking during the Covid-19 Pandemic?
A. Honest/Open Communication: As always clear two-sided communication is essential. Should you or anyone in your household develop a fever or cold or flu symptoms let me know. Please let me know if you or someone in your household has been exposed to someone with COVID-19. Please tell me if you or someone in your household has done any traveling within the past 2 weeks either foreign or domestically. During these instances, I may have to temporarily withhold providing services until it is no longer a safety concern. These requests will all be upheld by myself too. I will never, knowingly, jeopardize your health for my business gain and I will be responsible and maintain healthy practices on and off duty.
• Door Side Pickup is a unique option if you will be working from home and prefer a no contact service. I will notify you when I’m close by and you can leash your dog up and have them ready at the front door and I can grab them without entering your home.
• I will always wear a face mask and give 6 ft. distance in the presence of other humans.
• I will use hand sanitizer each time before entering your home.
• If you would like me to take off my shoes before entering your home I will.
• If you would like me to distance your dog from all other dogs and humans (strangers) I will.
•If you would like me to use my own walking leash I will.

• If you would like me to disinfect all surfaces touched during my appointment time in your home I will as long as you provide the cleaning tools.
• If you would like me to wipe down your pets fur and paws after the visit I will as long as you provide the pet safe wipes.
• I will provide any additional health and safety requests you may have.

Q: What is your inclement weather policy?
A: During extreme weather/temperatures, dogs will receive short potty breaks and will finish the remainder of their time playing or receiving care inside. During rainy, snowy or cold conditions please leave a coat or drying towel out for your dog and I'd be happy to dress them prior to our walk and dry them off afterwards.  Inclement weather may include heavy rain, thunderstorms, high winds, snow, extreme cold (real feel less than 32 degrees) or extreme heat (real feel higher than 100 degrees). Please let me know if you have concerns before the scheduled walk and I can also reschedule your dog for a shorter and cheaper timed visit or cancel and save your credit for future use.
